    Hi,

I've had a quad fold board printed and am currently designing the vac formed insert that will fit inside the box.The size of the vac forming is 252mm square x 40mm deep.

Are you able to produce custom size box and lid?I've looked into the square box on the game maker but it's slightly too small.

    Any help would be grateful

    Thanks

    Will

    Hi Will

Unfortunately that is as large as we can go using normal processes. We can go bigger but we have to print them using different machines that make the boxes much more expensive ( in the region of £30). If that is ok with you we can make up some templates and add it to the product list.

That's fine.If you could go ahead with template. The size of the vac forming has changed slightly and is now 45mm deep.

Do you know what wall thickness of the base and lid would be?

Is there a template of the bottom half and are you able to print onto it via a wrap?

    Hi Will

The template is a 2 page pdf. Page 1 is the top, page 2 is the bottom.

All our game boxes are wrapped.
