Custom Cards
The possibilities are endless with custom playing cards from Ivory Graphics. We bring you the opportunity to create decks with varying amounts of cards, in different sizes with the complete packaged solution. As you can see below, we have 16 standard sizes to choose from when creating your pack of custom cards. We use precision tooling to cut packs of cards, other sizes are listed at the bottom of the page. If you require a custom size just ask on a quote request and we can send you a bespoke quote.
At Ivory Graphics we like to put all our cards on the table and give you the freedom to do whatever you like! If you want a deck of cards with more or less than the conventional 56 then custom cards are the way forward! We don’t limit you to size either. Unlike other playing card companies who will try to constantly push poker cards or bridge cards on you, we DON’T! We simply give you a selection of custom sized cards to choose from and let you take your pick! All our custom cards have radius corners, this is essential when handling a pack of cards it stops the sharp corners cutting in to your hand.
Every card we print has the option of full bleed design or a bordered design Some of the examples below show a full bleed design: Squared 76, Poker and Large Tarot. Bordered designs shown are: Display, A7 and Squared 100.
Coating and Laminating
We ensure all custom cards are coated with our environmental coating for optimum performance This playing card coating gives extra durability you need for easy sliding and shuffling as all playing cards should have.
A new feature we offer is laminated cards with a plastic film glued to each side. This comes in 3 different finishes, Gloss, Matt and Soft Touch. This film sacrifices the environmental aspect of recycling that our playing card coating gives whilst making the cards reusable for very different dynamic uses.
Gloss in great for writing on with a dry wipe marker.
Matt is good for games where water resistance is required.
Soft touch is useful where no glare is essential for the user.
Materials Explained
310gsm Heretic Playing Card Board (Smooth Finish)
Hereic is produced by lamination two sheets of card together using black glue. This lamination makes the playing card much stronger and more durable than normal card. The black glue makes card opaque so there is no possibility of any show through.
310gsm Sureslip Playing Card Board (Textured Finish)
Sure slip has a unique textured finish and is made with the same process as Heretic material. The texture helps the playing cards move more evenly so the user control the playing cards with ease and make sleight of hand tricks a breeze.
270um Aramac 100% Plastic Material (Smooth Finish)
Aramac is extra durable & extra flexible.
350gsm Games Board (Smooth Finish)
Zanta games board is typically used for Trump cards, Education, Tarot and Display cards. Zanta games board is used when black liner is not required.
