    Each time I load up artwork I go to edit but all I see is a quarter of my artwork. Am I supposed to see the whole board?

    I have taken a look and there is something about your file that our system doesnt like. Im not sure what.

    I have fixed your file and added it your game though. So you should be ok now.

    Thanks for having a look. I have just checked it and it still looks the same. There is also some distortion. I made it in Inkscape and then exported it in PDF. It dose open as a PDF document with no issues. I am thinking I should see the whole board as the caption says 'what you see is what we print'

    Could you please delete the artwork you uploaded and re-upload to the site.

    Well yes it now works. I have proofed it and added it to my basket and paided for it. There seems to be no confirmation of my order.

    Hi Gornall,

    Have you checked your spam or trash?
    We often find customers who are missing their confirmation or dispatch emails have them in the spam or trash folder. For some reasons some email providers must have us defaulted as spam.
