At Ivory, we prioritise customer satisfaction which is why we understand how difficult it can be to imagine how your product will look and feel when ordering online. That’s why our Try Before You Buy programme is perfect for making sure that your product looks, feels and works in they way you plan before ordering higher quantities.

Ordering your Test Pack is super easy! Here's how our process works:

1. Request a quote: Fill out our quote request form with your specific product requirements and ideas for your custom deck, we’ll then contact you with a bespoke quote that’s perfect for you.
2. Review your quote: Take your time reviewing the quote so that you can make sure it includes everything you’re after. If you have any questions or alterations, just let us know.
3. Place your order: Just let us know when you’re ready to order either by email or a phone call and we'll get the process started. You can even order directly from your bespoke quote, just by clicking our “Place Order” button.
4. Upload your artwork: You can upload your artwork via our online system using your unique quote ID or by using www.wetransfer.com sent to our email info@ivory.co.uk. If you’re using our design services, our studio will contact you after you placed an order about your brief and for reference photos.
5. Approve digital proofs: Before your oracle deck goes to print, we'll send you digital proofs to review. This is your chance to make sure everything looks just the way you want it to.
6. Make your payment: After your order is approved, you'll be asked to make a payment, we require this before we can start printing your order. We accept a variety of payment methods, including credit/debit card, PayPal, and bank transfer.
7. Expected dispatch date: Once the final proofs are approved and payment is received, we'll work with you on your expected dispatch date for your order.
8. In production: Once your dispatch date has been agreed your order is sent straight to our production team for printing.
9. Dispatched: Once our printing process is complete, your custom oracle deck will be dispatched to you and on its way to you in no time!
10. Review your pack: When your Test Pack arrives, try out how it feels and works with your idea. It’s always a good idea to check your artwork for any spelling mistakes too!
11. Adjustments before full run: If you have any adjustments to your artwork or specifications, contact our Customer Service team at info@ivory.co.uk and they’ll be able to update this for you.
12. Ready to order: When you order 100 or more packs, our Test Pack refund will kick in. Our Sales team will send you an adjusted quote with the price of the Test Pack removed, then you will go through the same order process as your Test Pack.
