These terms and conditions govern your use of our website; by using our website, you accept these terms and conditions in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, do not use our website.
Definition of a working day
For orders to be included in the current working day, they must be placed before 11.59am on Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 11.59am, at weekends and on English public holidays will be treated as being placed the next working day.
Copyright of uploaded material
The customer shall be responsible for obtaining all necessary authorities and consents to reproduce pictures, artwork, photographs, copyright text and/or any other reproducible materials ("Materials") prior to instructing Ivory Graphics Ltd. to reproduce the same. The customer shall indemnify and hold Ivory Graphics Ltd. and representatives harmless against all claims, demands, actions, costs, expenses (including but not limited to legal costs and disbursements), losses and damages arising from or suffered or incurred by reason of any claim (including but not limited to the defence of such claim) that the reproduction of the Materials by Ivory Graphics Ltd. infringes the intellectual property or other rights of any third party or misuses the confidential information of a third party
We try to dispatch within 6 working days after an order is placed (a working day is details above), or the Next Working Day for Emergency Service orders placed before 11.59am. We ship most items using Royal Mail First Class service, but we reserve the right to use other methods where necessary.

We cannot be held responsible late delivery.

We reserve the right to charge upto the full value of an order to resend in the event an incorrect delivery address is supplied.

The buyer is responsible for any fees, duties or taxes that may be applied.

Right to refuse service
We reserve the right to refuse any order placed at our absolute discretion and without need of explanation. We also reserve the right to refuse any order placed from outside of the UK mainland. In the event an order is refused a full refund will be issued.
Print Quality
We do our best to ensure the quality of our products is the best it can be, however we will not be held responsible for poor quality if the images supplied by you, the customer, make better quality not reasonably possible. We do not alter images, however we reserve the right to modify your images to ensure the best possible result is achieved. Previews given on the creators are for a guild only. Some variation in the location on your image on the card can occur. Boarders are not recommended and we can not be held responsible for uneven boarders or general alignment. Printing is a very mechanical process and printed Items undergo many processes and such variation in alignment of up to ± 1.5mm is always possible and considered within tolerance.
Colour Reproduction
All our machines are colour calibrated regularly to print industry standards. However due to the nature of our web based system we can not guarantee colours will be printed as expected, and accept no liability if colours are not as intended.
If you have specific colour requirements please contact us before ordering.
Materials and sizes
We reserve the right to change materials and sizes at any time without notice.
Intellectual property rights
Unless otherwise stated, we or our licensors own the intellectual property rights in the website and material on the website. Subject to the licence below, all these intellectual property rights are reserved.
Returns Policy

Due to the nature of our personalised products we are unable to accept returns. In the event an item arrives faulty a replacement will be supplied alternatively refunds may be given. This will be assessed on a case by case basis. In either case we must be made aware of the faulty item within 7 days of delivery. Not understanding the rules and or playability of a game are not classed as a fault.

All items we sell are also exempt from the consumer contracts regulations due to there bespoke nature. This includes games purchased from the shop.


We reserve the right to decline Cancellation requests one production of an order has started.

Licence to use website
You may view, download for caching purposes only, and print pages from the website for your own personal use, subject to the restrictions below.
